J. Douglas Holladay is general partner and co-founder of Park Avenue Equity Partners, with offices in New York City and Washington, D.C. Previously, he was a senior officer with the international investment banking firm Goldman, Sachs & Company and held senior positions in the White House and State Department. He recently completed the four-part PBS documentary The Question of God with Harvard psychiatrist and friend Dr. Armand Nicholi. He holds degrees from the University of North Carolina, Princeton and Oxford University. He serves as co-chairman of the Buxton Initiative.

Robert Woody is deputy chairman and general counsel of Northstar Financial Services. Previously, he was a partner with the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, L.L.P. He has held senior positions in the law firm of Lane & Mittendorf and in One to One/The National Mentoring Partnership. He has served as special counsel to the U.S. delegation to the United Nations and currently serves as co-chairman of The Buxton Initiative.

Kathryn Goetz is executive assistant to J. Douglas Holladay of Park Avenue Equity Partners. After graduating in 2004 from Hope College with a Bachelor of Arts in German and Philosophy, Kathryn received a Fulbright Scholarship to Germany.  She has taught middle and high school German and English, both in the United States and in Germany.  Kathryn is the coordinator of the Buxton Initiative.
 
   
Aqila Zafar is a 2007 graduate of the University of Denver, majoring in international studies with concentrations in national security and conflict resolution. Her interest in world affairs motivated her to complete an interdisciplinary program at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy with an emphasis in the global political economy of the EU and the Italian language. Aqila currently serves as the Buxton Liaison to the Muslim Community.  
 
   

Scott Buckhout is a 2008 Falls Church Fellow. He is a 2007 graduate of Davidson College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. Scott studied the roles of religion and democracy in the United States and Middle East during an undergraduate summer program in Washington D.C. He also interned for Congressman Wayne T. Gilchrest. He currently serves as the Buxton Liaison to the Christian community.
